How do you get this?
I did a run with this on first time during Season 2, went a few Acts beyond the main 4 then quit to play new Season stuff

Not unlocked
What exactly is the point where this is obtained, what goals must be gotten?

I think it's beat both the final bosses from what I remember

We made two circles, killed two different final bosses. But we were not given 2 achievements. The first "Endless Journey" and Back to Back.

Actual R9 endless journey or Boundless Dream? Doing it in Boundless Dream will not count.
