Assuming that is what is going on, from the vague and strange post .. you'd need to undo your antivirus's quarantine on the file, and restore it, then whitelist it in your antivirus so it ignores it. You may need to uninstall/reinstall the game depending on how much damage your antivirus did to it .. I'm not sure where the game saves are located with this particular game, but generally, unless in those rare cases, the game save is located in the install itself, your saves should be safe.
Though I am making a lot of assumptions here from the lack of information and confusing claims.
Download Malewarebytes, run a full scan and delete / put everything in quarantine which has been found. Then install your game from Steam and try again withotu editing / replacing something.
