Builds exist where you can literally go on forever. The game will eventually break or hit a limit regardless, because games aren't designed to go on forever.
But it's nigh impossible to balance endless modes in these types of games. I personally think ramping up the enemies' damage output would be way better than just increasing their damage resistance. And having only gotten to ~85% damage resistance it just makes me wonder if the damage resistance would go all the way up to 100%. Would that nullify all damage? Or how would that work?
But yeah, the Endless Journey isn't exactly what I, or others it seems, expected and wanted. It's not bad, just not endless...
Damage Resistance will cap at 90% at stage 55 and Bosses HP will stop growing at that point, however for mobs and elite mobs their hp still growing past that point i believe, not sure about dmg because i play safely most of the time and only tanking with Lightless Shield and Phantom Skin, but i remember taking 700ish dmg even with 90% dmg resistance
If they're not gonna remove the timer, at least make it more generous.
how are you going to keep going after the game breaks lol
