I doubt this will ever happen. The original studio is in charge of the Steam/Mobile version while 505 games is in charge of console/gamepass.

Nope. That would require the Xbox/Playstation devs 505 Games to get off their ass and actually develop the game beyond its initial release to make it compatible with the Steam version. They are now years behind on updates.

Plus it would also need to implement the crossplay system as well, which would be even more work from both developer teams.
