Short answer: No. (Edit: Yes)

To the best of my knowledge (refer to wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duoyi_Network), Duoyi has no platform (Sony, Xbox, PS) expertise. They have only produced PC and mobile games in the past. Since mobile has no chance at all of competing with, or keeping up with, PC, my best guess is no, probably not. I would love to be wrong.

Edit: Duoyi farmed out the console port to 505 Games. This is apparently in the works.

Who you gonna crossplay this with? This game is only available for PC.

I was wrong. I know, seems impossible.

This is supposedly in the works for this year (2022). I found the news posted at 505 Games.
