I used to think that the Porcupine was pretty bad. and it still is, on the surface that is. It advertises itself as a scatter shotgun right? You shoot a projectile and it spits out lots of projectiles when it hits. Perfect for shotgunning purposes Y'kno? But using it AS a shotgun is the incorrect way of using it. Instead you should use it as a sniper and exclusively aim for weak spots on enemies. Coupled with a couple of good scrolls and it will absolutely shred enemies. It's not *as* useless as I thought it was... Now to figure out how the ♥♥♥♥ to use aura of venom! :V

Porcupine has always been one of the best shotguns; press fire + alt fire at the same time to mag dump for faster damage.

It advertises itself as a scatter shotgun with corrosion damage. The element type is an important part.
