Lei Luo Screen flashing bug

(no bug section and couldnt figure out where else to post this)
So I had a particularly nasty visual(potentially life threatening) glitch happen on my 2nd run with the new hero where after i used his ability and scoped in, my screen started having random yellow shapes flashing rapidly on my screen (think its connected to the lightning UI effects)

Just had some of this happen to me as well on the same levels. Had to save at the next camp and restart the game to make it go away.

for me it went away on its own when i went from the desert to the swamps

This hasnt happened to me but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. That is one horrible bug!
