And by all means, Demonlore should be included in this. If theres a chance to find them post-desert with Gemini inscriptions, then by all means they should still be valid for the "ha ha RNG to Gemini your gun"-gimmick.
The way the game currently is weapons I find before the second boss will never (99,5%) be more than temporary side chicks and get dumbed as soon as I find hot twins.
The fact that you will always replace your gun after desert doesn't mesh well with luck imo. You can get super lucky and find your favorite gun with your favorite inscrptions pre-A3, but its mediocre compared to a low tier gemini setup. Its a balancing act between upgrading just enough to kill the worm, but saving everything else to upgrade your gemini weapon.
