How Gemini scrolls work

If I got Gemini on Weapon A, it is only in effect while I am using weapon A?
Or is there any benefit for having Gemini on both of the weapons? (even if you are only using weapon A).

if both guns have the same gemini trait then it becomes active for both guns. Even if you mainly just use the 1 weapon it will still gain the benefit of the gemini trait provided your 2nd gun has the same one

You mean that Gemini is only working if both guns got it and its the same one?

correct. for example the one where the guns magazine becomes the sum total of both of them. if gun 1 has a mag of 15, and gun 2 has a mag of 25, then both guns now have mag size of 40. Note you can reforge the gemini trait at a craftsman once you unlock that talent so you can go for a specific one, or try and reforge a gun to match whatever other trait you may already have on a gun.

You mean that Gemini is only working if both guns got it and its the same one?

Yes both weapons need to have the same gemini or it will not work, The gemini will appear gray when not active/not matching and purple when active/matching

I recommend the mag combiner gemini inscription on a wildhunt! You will need bullet bank or Ammo Specialist for Ao Bai though. It's good fun, if you can keep it under control.

Also try dual fang with share damage type and any lightning weapon for an elemental barrage. Bonus points for elemental weave and or double elemental effect chance inscription on the dual fang. Manipulation, miasma, and explosion are all much stronger than people think usually.
