Where is Elite Lobster to find?

As the title says, I'm looking for the elite Lobster or better I wonder where does it exactly appear.
Maybe someone who got it can tell me which difficulty or stage they found it at. Personally I aimed to reach the stage exactly before last boss cause Lobsters spawn there but in roughly 10 runs on normal and elite I never found it once.
Some useful intel would be much appreciated!

After second boss those stages you can find him in the vault, but just a chance for him to spawn as well.

he can show up in either. just keep playing and he will show up eventually

Elite has a chance to spawn bosses in normal rooms so potentially more chances havnt found him yet either tho

the recent update increased the chance of an elite lobster vault, good luck
