Weapon tier list?
curious if there is a community made tier list to look at that is up to date. i know weapons tend to matter based off your scrolls/characters but i dont have every weapon atm and want to know which ones to look forward to.

If there's one, it need to show the weapon tier with and without description and scrolls.
For exemple, I got the dynamite gun that you throw away, but everytime I kill, it got +0.2 projectiles and it reset after reloading, but because throwing the weapon doesn't count as reloading, it got to a +3.6 projectile max and cheese out a nightmare run

Tier list is basically invalidated by affixes - such as a rainbow I had the other day with +20% lucky shot chance, +50% lucky shot chance/-50% stability (which means nothing to rainbow) and 150% lucky shot chance after getting three crits in a row - basically after three seconds of firing it turned into a autobeam of death that erased everything it touched.

Yeah, Good Inscriptions can make bad guns viable, but the best guns don't need any good inscriptions in particular like the crimson firescale, demonlore etc. to be effective. You will pick them up anyway even if they are subpar.

I think OP is reffering to tierlists on weapons based on their normal stats, of which there are a couple on YouTube, but since this is still a relatively small game, there hasn't been any up to date ones recently.

Still very damn situational, sure if you had a firescale, lightening blast and cavalry all lined up with no scroll or inscription to set them apart you'd take the firescale hands down but thats a very unlikely situation....like.....the starter box sort of situation. Unfortunately gunfire isn't like Counter-Strike or Call of Duty, the weapons are very rarely ever set on even playing fields and a single scroll could upset the whole roster.

(IIRC i'd never use a firescale with +luck/-stability or demonlore with projectile/half clip size with out something balancing them out.)

yeah i was mainly talking on an even playing field excluding the characters, as of course Ao bai or whatever the dogs name is uses a tiger cannon better then Crown prince, thus higher on the tier list. same with Qing being better with the tiger cannon thanks to abilitys.

Firescale seems to be an outlier in strength. Even with subpar mods you can output a ton of damage, often comparable to some of the more mediocre guns with better scroll setup.
