There is none.

I am having such trouble aiming it is not even fun to play the game. I am assuming this is the issue. I don't actually know if there is mouse acceleration in the game, but if there is, it would have to go immediately! Not sure what maniac would play an FPS on PC with mouse acceleration.

I'm playing this game for 31hrs with 200+ fps and don't have any issues with aiming ... mouse acceleration, smoothing or anything. Vsync disabled. Game is smooth as f*ck.

I am convinced there is, you might have gotten familiar with the acceleration, enough to no longer be bothered by it. When I play this game, comparing it to any other FPS game I play or have played, moving my mouse clearly feels different. Wether this is mouse acceleration or something else I play enough games to know when something is off. This also do not seem to be connected to performance as this issue stays the same, despite changing the graphical settings.

I too have also not noticed any acceleration at all. I tend to pick up on weird mouse movements in games pretty quick and scour through ini files and edits to make sure I can disable it all when I encounter it. I have noticed janky headshot hitboxes here and there but nothing funny about the mouse movements. None of the friends I play with have noticed it either and pretty much all of them have an immediate aneurysm the second they notice anything that isn't just pure raw mouse input.

That is really odd, because I am just like you. I am also very sensitive to things messing with my mouse movement, and I can not seem to understand why it feels so odd to aim in this game. Something might be causing a wierd thing that is very similar to mouse acceleration, but without the game actually using mouse acceleration. As I have said it is also unaffected by the graphics being set to the highest or lowest, so it is not just a lack of FPS making it difficult to aim precisely.

One thing I noticed: Sometimes my fps are capped at 100 Hz (like VSync), I have to switch from and to fullscreen to fix it. But at first I wasn't noticing it and the aiming felt weird.

I think the mouse sensitivity is bound to the fps.

Because I had to raise the sensitivity. The lower the fps, the lower the sensitivity.
I don't know if this game was made with Unity, but if so, they forgot to multiply the mouse movement with Time.deltaTime.

But like I said, with 200+ fps, no vsync or anything .. the aiming feels on point. And I play mainly FPS games. I would have noticed I think.

I think you are correct. This is something they need to fix.

Acceleration DEF exists - Please can we have an option to turn Mouse Smoothing . Mouse Acceleration OFF ?

Windows has built in mouse acceleration - maybe you have this still enabled?

It's minimal, but there is a light mouse acceleration, developers would probably call it "mouse smoothing". Oldschool Fps players will notice.
