But look, i got you, maybe for the 1.0 they will change it. Personally there is few things who remind me something about other game feature so. I think if i was the dev it will be just temporary.
I want my own sh*t. More if i can generate enough money from a really good early acces to make it by someone (even if everyone can do it).
Why be so upset? Just accept it and have the fun we had to play this game :)
Mhmmm..
where am i upset or pissed off?
i just found all the sound effects and animations. nothing else.
but hey, China don't care I guess
Turned out both games did in fact use the same free shareware textures.
And what do you expect for the animations? You expect some backflip when they reload an assault rifle or a grenade launcher? Of course it looks like other games, even more with a game as generic as OW.
You could even say Overwatch "steal" animations from other games as well if you go that way (And it'd be stupid to do so)
Not every weapons can be like Justice.
Lowering the poly count and resolution of the models/textures doesn't miraculously stop it from being blatant plagiarism.
I think the game does enough to differentiate itself from the games it's inspired by without having to resort with blatant 1:1 copying. Even the dual-wield skill is an obvious rip-off of the Gunzerker from Borderlands 2 for anyone with two brain cells.
public animations and sounds?
straight out stolen out of triple A Video Games is not a public sound library.
