I loved Ziggurat, But this game makes is more similar to Immortal redneck imo !

I loved Ziggurat, But this game makes is more similar to Immortal redneck imo !

I love both Zigguart and Immortal Redneck and this game is just as good

First thing I thought of when seeing this game was something like "Well if we aren't ever going to get a Ziggurat sequel then I guess this will do".

to be honest the only thing that makes these games similar is that they are Rougelite FPSs, but they play completely different.

Ziggurat is more of a fast paced shooter a la Quake or Doom (Immortal Redneck is literally Ziggurat 2 imo)
Gunfire Reborn is a bit slower and more tactical, they don't call this game "Borderlands esque" for nothing.

i would kill for a Ziggurat 2 /Immortal Redneck 2, but Gunfire Reborn fills that FPS Rougelite hole in my heart quite nicely.

Saw someone playing this on stream and thought it looked like it played like Ziggurat and got very interested, then I saw them level up and I saw a hint of Immortal Redneck... both games I love dearly... it's like they had a baby, and I'm happy now... off to buy it.
