His specialty is dmg support in form of Dmg Reduction and increased direct weapon dmg
The crown prince on the other hand is elemental focused with more elemental dmg and effects during that
I just don't see how the dog is stronger, unless I'm missing something he can only combine 2 elements at any given time since he doesn't have access to a 3rd element like the cat does with his grenade. Dual wield is also alot more iffy to use as explained in my post above ( though I guess that's more of a personal oppinion, but dual wield needs some changes for sure ).
And yes the cat is more focused on elemental effects, but the dog I'd say is more focused on explosive damage rather than direct weapon damage ^^ .
Seems a good boost to me ?
Elemental Damage is not the end all be all in this game, Ao Bai's Raw Damage boosters can give him an edge over the more specialised Elemental boosters of Crown Prince, and Ao Bai can deal even more direct damage through his Infinite Ammo and Luck Shot bonuses.
In all of my games, I found that on average I'm dealing 3,000,000 damage more as Ao Bai then Crown Prince.
Crown Prince - Crowd control and enemy managment and high elemental dmg.
Simple as That.
