Elemental Combinations and their strengths/weakness'
So far I've figured out that combining each element does something cool, but I'd like for something good with numbers to actually take a look and test out exactly HOW effective each combo is.

From what I've tested ;

-Electric + Corrosive = Miasma ( seems to be an added damage proc ( maybe in DoT form ? ) that seems to be stronger VS shields and armored targets ).

-Electric + Fire = Confusion ( Enemies will be charmed for a short duration and go and attack other enemies. Duration unknown to me )

-Fire + Corrosive = Explosive ( Same as Miasma but seems stronger VS normal health enemies ( it shredded the 2nd boss after stripping his armor ) ).

Appologies if this has been posted somewhere else, couldn't find anything similar to this yet.

On an off-topic note

Knowing these combos now makes the cat character ALOT stronger than the dog one because you can use an electric and fire weapon and have access to ALL the combos in the game ontop of having an insanely good special ability to keep tougher enemies from doing anything at all while you melt them. The dog's ability would IMO be ALOT better if you'd just get a copy of your currently held gun to dual wield, or get a special gun to dual wield instead of dual wielding both your guns since they all fire differently and require different inputs ( like a rocket launcher + auto fire gun dual wielding them both is just plain akward and not worth it most of the time ). The grenade should also have a chance to proc fire like the cat's grenades apply corrosive. But yeah ... offtopic xD.

Ao Bai can combine elements too which actualy makes him a bit stronger in that aspct as you can dual wield the combination of elements you want.

His specialty is dmg support in form of Dmg Reduction and increased direct weapon dmg

The crown prince on the other hand is elemental focused with more elemental dmg and effects during that

I just don't see how the dog is stronger, unless I'm missing something he can only combine 2 elements at any given time since he doesn't have access to a 3rd element like the cat does with his grenade. Dual wield is also alot more iffy to use as explained in my post above ( though I guess that's more of a personal oppinion, but dual wield needs some changes for sure ).

And yes the cat is more focused on elemental effects, but the dog I'd say is more focused on explosive damage rather than direct weapon damage ^^ .

First and Last shot in magazine DMG up, Lucky shot while dual wielding , DMG up when swapping weapon , Dmg up after destroying/killing something and more

Seems a good boost to me ?

Elemental Damage is not the end all be all in this game, Ao Bai's Raw Damage boosters can give him an edge over the more specialised Elemental boosters of Crown Prince, and Ao Bai can deal even more direct damage through his Infinite Ammo and Luck Shot bonuses.

In all of my games, I found that on average I'm dealing 3,000,000 damage more as Ao Bai then Crown Prince.

Ao Bai - Insanely high single target dmg.
Crown Prince - Crowd control and enemy managment and high elemental dmg.
Simple as That.
