Is this Max Payne 2 mod a must have?

I'm downloading it right now and I haven't even confirmed that Max Payne 2 will run on my Windows 10. lol

The mod just looks very well done, a lot of effort put into it. It seems like it should be a must have considering how old this damn game is.

Anyone tried it?

UPDATE - ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I was able to install the mod, enable my Xbox One controller through pinnacle and run the game in Windows 10 without any issues!

The mod appears to have a widescreen fix included and the controller through pinnacle works flawlessly, I just have to use F5 to quicksave. It's also locked to 30fps for someone reason but it's still very smooth.

Playing the game in 4K actually looks impressive, of course the nostalgia of me playing this on the Xbox helps a bit. It's really cool when you can get 15 year games running well instead of being smacked in the face with the reality of issues involved with their ancientness.

Agree. Glad you got some fun back out of it me too. Looking forward to the 4th game. I feel Max is a guy that can't outrun his demons and we just enjoy his games too much
