Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne

Am I meant to be using bullet time in this game a lot more than in Max Payne 1?
I've tried lessening my use of bullet time in this game, but it has only lead me to be killed numerous times. The enemies are very fast and come in greater numbers than in MP1. Am I playing the game wrong? Should I just take advantage of the bullet time more?

If you are not challenging yourself to not using bullet time you sould use it to your full advantage.

Bullet time is one of the most characteristic traits of Max Payne Games. if you're not gonna use it your are getting half the experience cut out

My advice for better gameplay is to bind mouse2 for bullet time combo.
With this binding controls are like in MP1 game.
Much better.

The bullet time system was overhauled for MP2, it now auto regenerates instead of requiring enemy kills, and the player themselves is (mostly) unaffected by the slowmo compared to the first game

In a lot of ways it was a better to avoid slowmo in the original, or save it for specific situations. in MP2 you're expected to be always using it

I liked it better to have slowmo and dogding mapped to separate buttons
