max payne 2 running in background !!

ok so on my games library its says max payne 2 is running but i dont see it on my taskbar or on the taskmanager i tried everything quitting steam uninstalling it but nothing ??? what do i do????

To get true full screen in game, start the game, hit CTRL-ALT-DEL. click on the Max Payne 2 application under Processes, and click the little arrow next to it to expand a dropdown box. On this Subprocess, right click and choose Maximize, and the game will go proper borderless fullscreen.
