Lag?! WTF...

Hey

I love this game, but unfortunately its unplayable because of the heavy lag... On the first few levels it is almost ok(there are just a little lag), but later it becomes very annoying. Even if I set everything to low quality in the options, nothing change. BUT this game shouldn't lag...
I have: Windows XP, AMD Radeon HD 6670, Intel core 2 duo E6750 2,66 GHz, 4GB RAM.

Any ideas how to fix this? Or whats the reason? (on my previous graphics card, nvidia it was ok)

Did you run the game as D3D hardware or D3D Software?
Anyway, your PC profile is more than enough for the game to run smoothly.

Yeah I'm running the game as D3D hardware, but I will try to run it as D3D software, I am curious. Anyway I have the same problem with call of duty 1. In these two games, some levels totally unplayable. I don't have problems with any other games I tried, just these two.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! I just started the game as D3D Software, and now everything is perfect! I didn't notice any lag since then. Problem fixed! Thanks the idea! Now I can play with one of my favourite games again.
