If there is any game worthy of a reboot or a remake just to take advantages of the newer graphics tecnologies availablel......this game is ......I would surely buy it.

Agree. I've just done a full play-through and it's still as good as it was 14 years ago.

I don't agree. It was the limitations in graphics technology that gave Remedy the idea of the graphic novel cutscenes that have become so iconic to the franchise. I fear that if a developer would decide to make a reboot of the game, they would decide they don't need to include the comic panels because they have the tech to render the actual emotions on a 3D model. I mean, just look at what Rockstar did with Max Payne 3, I was really disappointed to see the comic panels go in that game. My other major fear would be that in the reboot we wouldn't get the stellar writing of Sam Lake and the voice acting of James McCaffrey. So we could potentially end up with a less compelling story told in a less interesting way with possibly a differently written and more annoying Max Payne voiced by an actor that won't possibly nail the performance and deep gravely voice of McCaffrey. I say we should be happy with what we have, because what we have is a gem of PC gaming

Agree - and who would redo the Mona Lisa just because acrylic paint is available now? :GlorkConcerned:

That's exactly what I mean. Just enjoy the game as the marvel that it was and still is.
