I didn't need to do anything else you mentioned other than disabling the anti-aliasing in the game. I am using Nvidia DSR to play it in 3840x2160 as well. From there you can optionally use ReShade too, but the SoundPatch by default converts d3d8 to d3d9.
Also, forcing vsync and tripple buffering off in the control panel fixes the horrific mouse lag.
Also also, enabling AA and AF in the control panel works great.

now i can run it until the point it will start but then a white window appears and it crashes. Tried everything from every single post about the game here and can run it damn. But ty anyway very helpfull :(

Now I'm not sure which ones matter but I got the game working and it looks like the Max Payne I remember and with the sound fix and running in windows bordereless I've not had any problems.
Omg you are a genius it worked with this definitions thank you so much :D my childhood has been restaured ahah
Edit: but yea guess i cant have it all since disabling the sound means no sound at all.
Would it be any problem with sound drives ?
As for sound there is a file you can download which fixes the sound in Max Payne. If you search sound fix in this forum there is probably a link to it. I've replayed through to nearly the last area and no problems with sound. Previously it would cut out and be distorted.
Secondly there are various fixes for full screen. If you notice Max Payne probably runs for you not in full screen so a little gets cut off. The fix I use is a program on steam called borderless gaming, it's a couple of pounds and you can run it in the background. It then turns the windowed Max Payne into full screen windowed which looks identical to full screen.
There are free options including a task manger version which did work for me but was a bit of a faff to do each time.
I really recommend taking the time to at least do the sound fix as it will make the game much better.
It contains in it a readme with instructions on what to do next. The patch was written apparently by DarkjeThe2nd, so he gets my eternal gratitude.
