MSVCP100.dll missing

After installing Max Payne and installing the FixitAll Mod which fixed all of the problems that this game faces on windows 10, i am not able to even start the game and instead im greeted with an error message which says "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
I think that at this point I've tried everything, reinstalling, downloading this supposedly missing file and even downloading the latest supported C++ which was also recommended to me. Is there anything else that I can do to fix this problem ?

the fixitall is aged by now, my latest one is the 2021 fixpack, it's even linked on the fixitall page. that one includes the proper vcredist to prevent this problem.

the one you need is vcredist2010_x86.exe , i wanted to give you the link at microsoft for it, but it seems that one is down, so you have to find an alternate adress for it.

I had downloaded the latest version of the fixpack and everything works perfectly
