Why does max payne have funny faces?
like full of pages in the graphic novel when he says "rethorical quesiton" when he asks mr finito 1 and 2. I know that the actual in game ones look like that because of graphical limitations but, why do the graphic novel ones look so weird sometimes? I know that sam lake did like photoshoots to get the artists visual help, so is there pictures of sam lake dressed up as max payne looking real stupid?

Maybe. All the faces and graphics are kinda cropped into the game. Hell, just look at the Valkyr test subjects' feet.

Sam Lake probably made the face for fun and to give Max a unique look

He does the face a lot to pander to Max Payne fans
