Report a translation problem
The loading screens sometimes appear shifted down, caused by the widescreen fix, there is nothing that can be done about it, it's a static picture and the widescreen script sometimes does not have enough time to notice that. It does not refuse to load but with the added textures installed loading can take longer than expected, just give it a minute and it will load, or disable the added textures for faster loading.
Of course to avoid any of these you could disable widescreen and play in a (custom) 4:3 resolution, this is how the game was intended.
for the added textures, you can rename the data folder to something else like data1 to temporary disable them.
renaming the items back to the original names re-enables them again
