Live Streaming Max Payne problem

I've try to stream this game couple of time , and seems like when I play the game with OBS ON ( streaming ) my FPS drops to 5 lol , but when I play it normally , as in without the OBS on , the game runs just fine , did anyone happen to know whats going on ? , I know the game might be old and I run a high end PC , but dont know what to do really as the OBS runs fine with other games

Just had this problem as I was testing it myself. Do a Window Capture in OBS instead of a Game Capture and play in Windowed mode. It takes a little tweaking but I figured it out for me.
