Part III prologue dream sequence -- can't jump
Anybody have this weird problem in the dream sequences where you can't jump and you just get kinda pulled off the edges of the blood paths randomly? I definitely don't remember that being a thing back in the original retail game. It's making the third prologue blood maze sequence unplayable

I also noticed the last jump to the cradle needed to be made more from the middle of the platform and not the edge.

Can't guarantee this will work for others but hopefully it helps.

Having the same problem here

my solution was to enable the developer console, use it to copy paste "jump20" or "jump 20" or wahtever the proper command is. Just keep using that, it'll send you flyign through the air and you can use it again mid air to chain jumps together, once you get used to it the blood mazes are super easy to navigate

In this game, Max doesn't have a good walking pattern, so you will slip off the trails often, you'll have to adjust a lot, and even jump just to save yourself from falling off.

As for jumping issue, I haven't had that problem. Try standing still, make sure you're not pressing anything other than the jump button. I can't really think of a solution for this.

I just got stuck here at the same thing. The solution I found to it was to look at the jump from the side instead of straight. Then you press left or right (depending on which side you are looking) and jump at the same time. This will make you do the long dodge jump over the gap. You can do this for every jump in this dream sequence.

This is the only solution. Worked for me.

The dodge jump sideways helped me out too. Was stuck here for like 15-20 minutes. THX

This is a 'framerate too high' issue, make sure you run vsync or cap fps at 60 by other means.

It's not. I've got it locked to 60fps on Windows 10 and I still couldn't jump to the cradle at the end. Had to use "jump 20" to get past it.
