i'm currently downloading the max payne remastered 1.3 mod, which looks quite promising

had a look but looks very nice, textures look a lot sharper! and easy install, only had to extract in the game folder. savegame loads a little bit slower.

I would not really call that a mod, but yeah it's a pretty nice enhancement.

If you want to have some fun try the 'nightfever' mod.

edit: this doesn't work with remastered, if you have that installed just rename the 'data' directory to something else to temporary disable remastered... you can rename it back later

Kung Fu mod. It adds more of a finesse, to the shot-dodging mechanics as well as the ability to punch and kick enemies.

It does, you just need to combine them with MaxPaynePacker. It involves a bit of attention to not overwrite the disco stuff (like his suit) with HD Vanilla textures but it works.

Agreed, of course you can combine if you know what you are doing ;) like you, but i think that is a bit far fetched for the average user.
