10 years ago I came up with my first Max Payne patch, the well known soundfix, but over time other complications started to surface mostly related to newer, faster hardware and operating systems, so this is the one for the current state of the game.
Have fun playing, and hope when you are done you give it the rating you find apropriate.

What could it be ?. I'm trying to play this game on Windows 8 and technical requirements should not be a problem with such an old game
I am quite interested to know what file you got stuck on :D, so if you could manage to name it i would be pleased.
Maybe it was because i tried to run the game before patching it, and even if i wasn't playing the game files were working.
By the way this patch is excellent, i doubt that there is any problem with it.
