Right arrow to increase resolution is not working

So, several things. I think the game looks great graphics wise, and has several good reviews so seems like it may be worth the asking price. I have some questions however. Does this have character customization options? i.e. skin color, hair color, feature adjustability? Seems like the PC in the demo videos has pretty light skin and more Caucasian features than a person from Africa during the stated time frame this takes place would reasonably have. the dialogue in this game is way too loud, it's almost unbearable. please add an option in the settings (perhaps along with the other volume sliders) to adjust dialogue volume. it's overwhelmingly too loud and i have to mute my game before i speak to npcs so that i don't get my ears blown out....
