The original secret missions were part of the Counterstrike expansion pack. This morse sheet was included in the Counterstrike game box:

Ant Missions: On main menu screen of Red Alert, hold left shift key and click on the speaker on the upper right of the screen.
Fun Park Missions: On main menu screen of Command & Conquer, click four screws in each of the corner of the screen.
I remember the original 1996 game even had a bug that you didn't have to hold it down at all; just tapping it was enough. But all UI stuff was redone in the remaster, so that won't apply here.
