''Select Target'' is clear to me. I still can't get '' A-Bomb'' and ''Launch''.
I heard ''bad boi mum'' for '' A-Bomb''. Is '' A-Bomb'' clear to you?
if everyone including OP is using the same speakers for their computers and only OP hear ''bad boi mum'' for '' A-Bomb'' while the rest hear is "Select Target / A-Bomb Prepping / A-Bomb Launch Detected."
then yes, OP got "hearing problems".
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
if OP got difficulty in "hearing the pronunciation of the words when other people are speaking" even from the computer Speakers, then he got a serious problem.
OP got something similar to "Auditory processing disorder" problem.
nah, i don't think it is due to language difference.
Dialects shouldn't be a factor when listening to someone speaking through "computer speakers".
not unless OP don't even know the English Language at all.
but seeing his posts, it is clearly shown OP know English Language and is capable of hearing other people speaking English Language Clearly too.
--------------------------------------------------------------
so as a result
i highly suspect this instead
1) OP is "trolling" in this thread by stating he only knows "how to type out English Language" but don't understand "the English Language when others speak".
Dude, I have no reason to troll on this question to me. My cousin, he is dentist now, and I played Red Alert when we were teenage. We didn't hear '' A-bomb'' and '' A-bomb launched''.
then this post of mine is the answer.
there is no such thing as "perfect" hearing.
peoples' hearing can "deteriorate" the older they are.
for you OP, you most likely got "hearing" problems when you are a teenager already.
also, your "friend" most likely agree with you because he don't want to hurt his "friendship" relationship between him and you.
Probably "A-bomb launch detected" is misunderstood as "Badboimunch detected" by someone that not only dont understand english so easy when spoken but also not being clear for him/her.
With the "bad boi mum" in mind I could hear it wrong as "Badboimunch" tho I know it is "Abomb launch", it is a thing that can happen (without being a troll) and if he heard it when young and could not understand at that time, maybe he stil hear it wrong to this day because of it (despite being able to understand english properly or more properly today).
I know that because when I was younger I understood (at the RA intro) that Einstein said "Time till death, sooner or later, time till death" (making me think he saw what would happen in the future on his way back to the present), but now I know it is "Time will tell, sooner or later, time will tell"
