Although i don't advice to ever use Steam Achievement Manager to just complete achievements you never did in the first place as it's just sad, with how buggy the achievements here work, just use it for those individual achievements you actually completed but Steam decided to screw you over.

I've honestly never had these bugs myself. But yea, the link I gave shows how to fix it.

How is it not fair? You only got 21/87 unlocked for that achievement. You're not even half way there yet.

Maybe he played the game in offline mode. The achievements in this game don't keep track of the ingame progress you already made. I missed 1 Counter Strike mission and 1 bonus content, which one i have no clue and i don't want to figure that one out. I gave myself the CS achievement, i'll give myself the bonus content one after i finish Aftermath and the ant missions.

i mean if you don't want to go through the hassle of bugs, you could always use a SAM picker to manually unlock the achievement,

Nope, steam was most likely down for a hot minute here and i completed a mission, steam did not keep track of that, forgot which mission it was and which bonus content it didn't keep track off. Not in the mood searching which one it is so my solution is, just use SAM for those things. First time i ever had to use it.

For people wondering, it's completely save, it doesn't need a login, it just tracks your steam library you're currently on and you can give it the trigger which completes achievements.

With the method described in the link I gave, you don't have to. Complete any mission from the series and it counts.

i beat both campaigns just not on hardest difficulties

Tiberian Historian is the achievement for unlocking all Bonus Gallery content. It has nothing to do with Hard Mode. You just need to beat all missions, not just the campaign ones.

Huh, I see yea. You got the achievement for the GDI campaign, Nod campaign, Covert Ops, console missions, and funpark. Yea, that's definitely bugged then :-\
