Fairly sure that site's illegal; Warcraft II is still being sold on gog.com.

As for"why not", well, they apparently decided to start with Warcraft 3, and did a miserably bad job at it.

What was wrong with the Warcraft III remaster? Apparently it was just a cash grab?

They made a poor remake that had loads of problems and didn't deliver on any of its promises, and then forced all existing WC3 players who wanted to play online to update to what was basically that remake but with the original lower res models, and with all the problems it had. The only way to still play the original Warcraft 3 as it was is to pirate it.
