For me personally, I think A was the one I would avoid the most. The Soviet have a mammy in their first base and your ore field is in range of one of the Tesla coils. Tanya destroying the final base is helpful but it's not a big deal since I destroyed it with the same tank rush I used on the second base.
I would go for C because it's simple and it's the variant I beat in my first play in the 90s. Can't remember which one but I had fun in either A or B by transporting tanks via the LST.
The issue I have with option C is that the Tesla Coil, war factory, and barracks are positioned in a way that you can't bypass them from either entrance. Also, with the Tesla Coil, you can't disable by destroying power plants since the Construction Yard is still standing and the plants themselves may not even be revealed yet.
Regarding the tank rush for all options, I tried for a long time to pick apart the base through air and V2 attacks but that just took longer and allowed the Soviets to build more units so I fell back to the quick tank rush.
