Red Alert Soviet Mission 11 won't end even though I destroyed the Allied naval base

I chose the northern map at the start of this mission.top portion of the I've destroyed everything that I could see on the map, but the mission won't end. Apparently there's some allied units left. But where the bleep are they?! I've scanned the whole radar map and I see nothing! Am I blind?! I even hovered my mouse pointer over trees and rocks but I don't see anything that I can attack. Problem is that the right side of the map is impassible due to the land in the lower right hand of the map extending to the edge and I cannot move even 1 sub or transport through there. I even tried revealing the whole map with my spy plane but I don't find any enemy units. Where the hell are they hiding?

Someone please help me, I'm going bonkers and I don't want to start this mission over when I'm so close to completing the mission. Maybe I should load an earlier save and choose the southern portion of the map?

This mission is notorious for having a lot of enemy camo pillboxes.

Double check the tree patches. 1 or 2 of those camo pillboxes are behind trees.

Actually, there's five camo pillboxes behind trees on that mission!
