Laggy Menu and in game build menu

[GRIGGSENUM]

I came back to this game after a few months and the menu is all of a sudden very laggy and takes forever to load when I click anything. Its the same for when im in the actual game, the build menu takes a few seconds to respond when I click a unit or building to build. Whats going on?

I have the same problem like you but more in the main menu, in the actual game it works ok I think but the esc menu tabs in game is little laggy.. I reported the issue I got to EA, and waiting for some help.

Same here. Very frustrating for a game that should use little CPU power.

Same issue here, the "loading game" and the "jukebox" menu are horribly laggy and I have the same ingame Problems like GRIGGSENUM, it´s not very funny to play

Are you guys using AMD or Nvidia? Win 10 or 11?

Could be associated with a recent update.

One of you should try downgrading to an earlier Catalyst/AMD driver (at least 6 months prior) and see what happens.

I use Nvidia, and haven't experienced this issue.

If I downgrade I will not be able to play other games like wolfenstein good, so no downgrade for me. Btw I have win 11, ryzen 5 2600, rx 6600 xt. msi b450 gaming plus, ddr4 2666 mhz.

Before you fix something you have to isolate the problem. You might also look at what's changed in the the recent updates to possibly narrow it down. There might be some graphic setting you can tweak or turn off for this game in particular.

Have any of you tried turning off v-sync?

V-sync is 1 of 100 things I tried with no luck.

Tried exactly that, didn't work. But I'm done with that, I tried so many things, none worked, so it is either Petroglyphs/Eas job or AMDs (I did report the problem but they don't seem to care).

I Find better solution for me.
Start game where you like, after you select blue or red game, then make sure u have amd radeon on desktop open in full screen, and then wait.

Trying to make it clear:
Amd have to be pinpointed as primary page on your desktop in full screen AFTER selecting blue or red game!

I also have borderless in the game settings.
