The only majorly difficult Nod mission is Mission 8; as in most of the others, you can pretty much spam Recon bikes and destroy everything with a flurry of missiles. When it comes to Mission 8 though, that one is just unrelentingly difficult. Especially on Hard mode; it's almost impossible then due to the insane damage the grenadiers can do.
Oh, for real? Because I am stuck on mission 8A and was kind of ready to give up and switch to Red Alert because of how brutal that ♥♥♥♥ is. You're saying it gets easier after this?
If I remember correctly 8th missions are hard because enemy harasses you early on. You should build one or two turrets and hide your units behind them. When enemy attacks, let him focus on turrets and pull out your units then. Turrets are repairable and cheap. Slowly build a tank army, when you get to 5-6, enemy won't be able to do significant damage any longer. Capture the rest of tiberium and build as many tanks as you can and destroy him.
If you playing a route with boat, don't bother with it. Take northern way to enemy base.
If you can endure the airstrike, gdi only attacks in small waves of infantry, hummvees and tank from time to time, which is easy to manage as long as you have a stable economy.
Thanks for the tips everyone, I really contemplated dropping Tib Dawn because of 8A, but ya'll helped. ^_^
Well done.
