Information about the framerate?
Does anybody have information on what maximum framerate c&c remastered will run? Can't find any information on the internet.

I am not sure myself, but I bet it can run as high as you can possible need. I don't know if it will go beyond like 250 FPS, but I am certain it will run from 60+.

I would be happy with 60 fps.

60fps and i'll be happy. More will be a bonus and if it supports Ultra-wide monitors that's even better.

No real data on what they are going to allow in FPS.
The FMV's are going to be 30 after being upscaled from 15...

I really hope they will find the original data one day and patch that in. :(

This is a sprite based game. The frame rate will depend on your game speed. You crank the game speed down enough and you'll see the individual frames tick by one by one. It's just how these games work.

I hope the animations will be smooth, in the first game play trailer they looked so jerky.

That was exactly for the reason I mentioned. They put the game speed for that way too low. Apparently they set it on the default DOS C&C game speed, which is less than halfway on the game's speed slider. I normally play on the setting one tick below the maximum.

And yes, in sprite-based games, where any animation, including the rotating of units, is a bunch of frames, you will obviously see the frames tick from one to the other if you set the game speed low enough.

Same here, want it to be 60 fps and not just a fast forward speedy movement but a smooth 60 fps.

Same. But that is one of the few things we have no information about.

Well I've noticed that the trailer is running at 60 fps. So that might be an indicator that we looking at a minimum 60 fps for the game. I hope so.

Any information about the framerate yet? I really want to buy the game but wouldn't do so if it isn't at least 60+ fps.

The Playstation and Sega Saturn versions of the game specifically boasted 60fps, so I'd be surprised if the PC version didn't have that as well.
