For me its mission 8 that can be case on “hard”.

They will kill Tanya and you will fail the mission, and there is *nothing* you can do about it - if you literally move as fast as you can, they will still take off before you can get there;

Yeah, it's more or less guaranteed that the first strafing run is totally unavoidable (Tanya hasn't emerged from the Prison yet). The second one is impossible to dodge; you can actually avoid the first Yak by moving at 90 degrees to the aircraft, but the second one will come at the same time at a different angle and always get you.
I ended up playing the same 15 seconds of the mission over and over again until I got lucky and managed to destroy one of the airfields before the second strafing run. For whatever reason the second Yak did not attack Tanya and disappeared into the fog of war (but did return to harass some random other units a few minutes later). From there the mission is a cakewalk.
exact same to me. guess it was just a rare bug with your Yaks
