Trouble on Red Alert Allied Mission 10B
Hello. So I am having trouble getting through the first part of Mission 10B on the Allied campaign in Red Alert. I tried this one strategy I saw in one walkthrough where I stayed in the first area and let the enemies come and have my guys kill them. But once the dogs come and I kill two or three them, the objective fails and I end up failing the mission altogether. What am I doing wrong here? Can someone help please?

Apparently you don't have enough time left to accmplish the mission.

10A suspicion, Yes this mission is a bit hectic for sure. I recall this was an easier mission back in the days or the original version of RA1. When you establish and building your base make sure, you have at least 3 ore-trucks. Focus on making medium tanks with some support of infantry. Aim for Soviets ore-trucks they would be on ore field near the soviet base. If you too aggressive to enemy base the timer will start, but it seem now that timer will start at some point anyway. I did this on hard difficulty. I went around the enemy’s base and found a back door. Do I have to say look out for Tesla-coils and mines. Make sure you have APC with 3 to 4 engineers with you. You must capture the enemy’s forward command post.

The timer is shared between the mission and the previous mission. If you took too long on that mission, replay it so you can get to the second part with more time.

Either redo 10.1, or restart the mission from the mission select menu, which gives you a flat 25 minutes to complete 10.2.

How long did it take you to capture the command center? The countdown starts when do something to cause it in the level which is 1 hour and if you took about 30 Minutes to capture the command center in part 1 then you would have 30 minutes left in part 2 as the time limit carries over.

So you can't take too long in Part 1 otherwise you'll have little to no time left in part 2 of Allied Mission 10.

Hey, I'm having the same problem!! Even if I just wait in the area and let them come to me , They all get shot but I still fail the mission after less than 10 sec.! Even if I don't lose anybody!??? I think there is still a bug in the game??? I just don't wanna install the whole game again and lose all the progress! Any thoughts?

Ehh, read some of the previous posts. How much time did you have at the start?

It used to be like that in original PC version of Red Alert. In remastered I capture command center with over 55 minutes left, but when the silo mission starts I have 25:31 left.

The silo mission isn't that hard. Make your way to the bottom and you'll get a Tanya reinforcements, it becomes easy after that.

The next in-building missions one where you have 2 groups of infantry is waaaay harder.
