GDI 11a rescue Agent Delphi

I have destroyed all of the Nod base and found Agent Delphi but no Chinook helicopter comes to pick up Agent Delphi. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

get a land unit to the closest spot next to delphi and it should arrive

The wall that is supposed to be there is not showing up; run your cursor over the western edge and when it goes to a firing cursor that is where the wall is, just fire at that spot until you can move thru it.

You can in fact do that without even destroying the base, though if any of the enemy SAM Sites are still around you might lose the transport before it even lands, so it's not really advised.
