Mouse pointer issues

My pointer has to be to the right and below a unit or button for me to click on it. Makes the game unplayable because I can build a power plant, but not a barracks because my mouse won'm move far enough right to click it. Also can't scroll the screen to the right or down with the mouse.

sounds like a resolution problem. have you tried full screen or widescreen option ? changed resolution ?

The scrolling issue happens for me if I tab out of the game and go back in. Thought that issue would be fixed by now.

I have tried changing resolution but not full screen. I'll try that today.

i just had this happen to me. so sadly its still an issue. i didnt restart game to see if that fixes it, since i did minimize, game was working fine before that

edit :without restarting, changing to windows borderless fixed the issue for me

It's caused by alt-tabbing out of the game. It makes you end up in a kind of borderless windowed mode that's slightly offset with the actual screen.

Simply press alt+enter to fix it. If that puts you in windowed mode, press alt+enter again.

And stop tabbing out of the game ffs
