Constant Crashing

The game is unstable and crashes constantly. Would be an amazing game if not for this issue.

It auto reports crash info. Don't be toxic either... just because you haven't had a crash means nothing. Game has done it about a dozen times today.

Just for arguments sake I literally have the exact recommended system lol. 4690k i5, 16gb ram, gtx 660. Running on windows 10 pro fully updated, drivers up to date, All quality hardware, is an audio workstation to be exact. This system never has issues.

Only crashes I've experienced is in skirmish mode, and just as I'm about to destroy the AI. Campaign works just fine. Haven't tried online mode.

Yep same problem here, always crashing a lot in Red Alert!

I have tracked down the source and area in which the crash occurs. It was related to a sound driver releasing from one of my audio interfaces. I switched to another interface (a native instruments driver) and the issue has stopped. It would appear it happened when tabbing out or pausing in the game menu. Still lots of bugs though, seems the game switches settings on its own, such as unit queue and requires going into the menu and switching it off and on again.

I spoke too soon, appears that leaving the game in the options menu for too long crashes it.

I get a crash when I try and restart a mission from within a mission, also a black screen when loading a game, from within a mission. Game loads a save fine from within the main menu. Something isn't right, no idea what is wrong.

After first start the game failed to load the first mission and after terminating the process from task manager the game fails to even launch. I'm running Ryzen 7 2700X, 16gigs ram, RTX 2070 and SSD. Probably going to reboot and update drivers to see if it helps, but first impression isn't great.

I have been sitting in the loading screen for the first mission for 10 minutes now, I have read all the tips multiple times and have come to the conclusion that this game isn't finished yet, maybe wait a month or two for them to fix all these issues.

Game is still randomly crashing during play as well for me. I thought I had narrowed it down but it seems to be utterly broken and unplayable.

Ugh, I'm having the same issue. I can't even LOAD red alert, and I just crashed playing normal C&C after trying to load the third GdI mission. Runnig an I7 6700K, Geforce 1070 tI, 16 gigs of ram

same same problem i can not load 4K image during gaming and create auto crash report only can play 20 years ago image !!
