GDI APC mission
Can't beat the GDI APC mission. My APCs get munched by the number of groups and it seems the amount of reinforrcements I get is pretty small. Any tips?

If I remember this one correctly a suicidal stratagy where I avoided everything I could and charged for the objective worked.

You only have to pick up the crate (I think it's a crate) in the small southern NOD base. You have to drive over the Tiberium then East, South and back West again. It will feel like you're heading back to the start but you should see the NOD buildings. Stick to the water and you'll see the fencing. Deploy your troops there.

You just have to drive past many enemies, don't fight them all.

Just bum rush the crate that's in the Nod base.

I had this issue when I was a kid playing with my friend trying to beat this mission, you gotta keep your APCs alive and just blitz the last stretch.

All you have to do to finish the mission is 'touch the blue crate'.

It's mission 4 "Get The Rods Back" I believe, there's two maps for this but the strategy is similar for me at least, in the beginning focus down the buggies with all your units, I use the sight range of the APC's to slowly scout the map, be wary of tree lines as there are usually enemies hiding behind trees to ambush you. After you cross the tiberium field with your loaded APC's, unload them and try and kill rocket soldiers with your infantry to prevent them from doing damage to your vehicles, and bait lone enemy minigunners with your humvee with hit and run attacks.

Find the route to the enemy outpost, grenadiers excel at taking out clumped up infantry especially rocket soldiers, but be wary they explode if they die. When you get to the area just outside a light tank will usually come out and try and attack your units, try and rush in with your APC's and grab the crate inside the fenced area, use the humvee and soldiers as a distraction if you want, as soon as you grab it mission complete.

Yes, in this mission you just have to rush it around and through. Touching the crate is enough to complete the mission.
