Answer: no. you will have soldiers instead of cyborgs and blood instead of oil? However German VO has still references to cyborgs and androids
But what if we wanted to play the German censored version?
Not being from Germany I never got to play it, but it did sound intresting to see it as cyborgs rather than soldiers.
Also someone posted a video of the German Eva from TD and it sounded pretty cool.
I did look for the German ISOs of the free games, but didn't find anything.
-Install the full game installer pack of the freeware release of C&C1.
-Install the German videos.
-Install the censoring mod.

Because that list is huge.
I'm not sure about the Stalin scene, though; I haven't seen it because I'm personally more involved in testing C&C1. The complete lack of German voiceover would make that a tricky one. It's possible they just left it English, I guess, lol.
