Ore is replenished by ore mines... If there is an ore mine on the map then it will slowly throw some ore out on the ground every few game ticks.
Tiberium is the same concept kinda... A tree gets infected with tiberium and turns into a tiberium spore producing tree which throws tiberium slowly on the ground at certain intervals.
And unlike in Tiberian Sun, the tree's animations have no influence on the spreading around it. It just acts like an indestructible single patch of tiberium.
Nah, a lot of this behind the scenes stuff is actually pretty interesting.
Gems and Blue tiberium would never regen I dont think
