C&C or Starcraft?

I don't meant to start a hate thread (Generals VS C&C.....etc), but I'd choose C&C over StarCraft any day of the week.

I remember the days of holding LAN parties with friends and 6 of us would play on a map full of gems; everyone would like 10 War Factories and send a FULL SCREENFUL of Mammoth tank to enemy basis.

Compared to SC's rather pathetic of what 8 units with micro management on top of that?

Starcraft has a really cool storyline... but C&C holds a special place in my heart.

starcraft is better no wonder starcraft 2 still have plenty of users ra3 doesnt

I concur. Basically the first "real" PC game I played. Would never forget about landing on the shore with Act on Instinct playing in the background.

Blizzard RTS games are for a different type of players and personalities.

just go check ra3 and sc2 championship vids and it will be clear why sc2 is way better

Theres my list for what Id rather play with friends if I were to choose old school RTS.

I like both for different reason, StarCraft is technical superior but I away back to C&c for it simplicity and more ground setting. I consider RA2 is the best in the series but my most favorite still Tiberian Sun.

I got both. I'm a big fan of these classic games. Although to answer your question, C&C wins for me. Bought SC on a discount and I preordered C&C!!

I could never really get into Starcraft. But the Starcraft 2 Arcade is really cool. Lots of indie made games using it.

Tower Defense Tycoon or Warships among others.

I enjoy both. They are all good RTS games and have their own style and gameplay.
Though would take the first place though. ^^
