Heartbeat sfx?

I keep hearing a heartbeat but it doesn't seem to be consistent with surroundings or relate to stamina bar. It just keeps going and going and sometimes it will just stop for a while. It's actually kind of annoying. Is there something I'm missing with this piece, and is there a way to disable it?

Run it and make sure to select PluginMH in the optional enhancements menu before applying the patch. This will generate a PluginMH.ini file under your base Manhunt folder. Open it and set the bDisableHeartBeatSound parameter to 'true'.
