Cutscenes automatically skipping

I'm using the fixer and the games opening video as well as all cut scenes automatically skip after a second. Is there any fix?

OK so this is random as hell but the issue was I had my Rock Band Guitar adapter plugged in, that was what caused the issues. Game works fine with the fix now.

Having a bug within the first level. After hiding in the shadow thug will not go through the fence door so i can make the kill and move on. Just stands at fence. Even if i come out of shadow he runs but wont open fence door. I have deleted and re downloaded game. Same issue. Need Help

Download the fixer patch, it's an anti piracy measure that's in the steam version since Rockstar put a pirated copy on steam.

Fully uninstall the game then reinstall and use my fix collection: https://krakenfiles.com/view/7z80bugx9n/file.html
