Game crashes when I pick up painkillers?

Whenever i pick up painkillers, it actually gois into my invintory in my one time use weapons tab. When I move to the painkillers in my inventory, the game crashes. Please help me, game is virtually unplayable.

Having this issue too. I know this was a long time ago but i hope someone can help us out.

You guys have to patch it yourselves. There’s more issues, so watch that video or check the forum for other guides, there’s a bunch but this seems to be the best/most recent one I’ve seen.
